Wow, you can live in a modern mansion for that kind of money here. Hang Dong is going to be less money with very new and modern homes. It is not far from town about 15 minuets . Or an hour with traffic and or construction. But most of us take that with a grain of salt. We choose to live here , and traffic you just get used to it . Congratulations on your move here. You guys will enjoy it here there is a lot to do , and a great night life , food  and live entertainment Good luck on your move here.

Greetings,

I'm in the process of returning to Thailand and haven't decided where I will go this time.  I plan to stay.  I had a retirement visa but went back to the USA in 2017.  I decided to return.  I've never been to Chang Mai.  Tell me why you like it, if you would be so kind.  I do kind of prefer the ocean, but you really don't swim in the ocean in Pattaya or Jomtien.  Water quality was not great when I left.  I've been considering Rayong as well, but the ocean seems a bit questionable there too.  Any ideas?

HELP!!!!!

There is a DRIVER here in Chiangmai that is missing from my contact list OR I have just forgotten the name.

Hoping to reconnect to him or ANYONE else I have met over the years that I have been here during the COLD DENVER WINTERS.  I am planning on coming back hoping I don't get chased out again.  I am retired and planned to get a better visa, but did not have any luck filling in the form online while I was home.  Maybe someone will be able to help me figure out to fill out that form.

This is my first trip back since I left QUICKLY in MARCH 2020 before the airports closed.
