Pattaya: banking options

pr3d4t0r

Hello!  Can you please advise on banking options in Pattaya?  Not looking for consumer banking.  I will decide in the next 30 days which visa option I want to pursue, each carries different banking requirements:

The O-visa option/premium banking

Looking for a bank that offers premium account services like money market accounts and other financial instruments.  Parking $20K USD in a low- or zero-interest savings or checking account would make no sense.  I'm looking for premium accounts that offer investment options in securities, ETFs, indices, mutual funds; even money market is adequate.  Alternatively, a brokerage service would work (if acceptable for O-visa, I'll sort that out with the immigration lawyer).  Brokerage service with direct link to a consumer bank may work too.  Online account management in English.

The LTR-visa/private banking

International private bank with an office in Pattaya.  Thai private bank is fine, international better.  My current overseas bank has an office in Bangkok, but I'd prefer something local in case I need to pop by the relationship manager's office to sign something (not sure if wet signatures are still a thing in Thailand).  Online account management in English.

I reviewed the banking section for Thailand in °µÍø½ûÇø_com and there's very limited information.  Thanks in advance and cheers!

(One more thing for premium banking:  I'm aware that premium banking may start at $50k or higher if Thailand is like other countries -- that's fine.  It's more about which bank you'd recommend.  We can assume that the minimum premium requirements can be met.  Thanks!)
