Thanks for assisistance

I keep the Vietnamese Government Poster in photo files to show restaurant/ Bar and Bida managers who arent aware of new regs.

Most are very obliging.i’ve even showed to smokers blowing in my face, and all have been apologetic - it’s how you approach people that makes the difference, as in everything in life…

THIGV

I noticed the following among the places where smoking is banned:  Bars, karaoke bars, dance halls.

Color me sceptical but this should be a nice moneymaker for those tasked with enforcement.  Just stop by weekly for the envelope.

@THIGV

i doubt it will need enforcing. The places I’ve shown the notice to, as well as the individuals smoking, have been very cooperative.

Even smokers don’t really want to be breathing other people’s smoke, and the door to outside isnt’t that far away… I carry a small hand fan and just blow smoker’s smoke back in their face - they catch on pretty quickly.

Smokers don’t intentionally want to pollute their surroundings -  they just don’t think..!
