Can a person on 5 years spousal visa exemption upon receiving TRC (upon replaces the 5 years visa exemption) become eligible to:

1) Register his/her name in the spouse owned house registration book as member of the family?

2) Become eligible to apply for Social Security Medical coverage as a member of the family?

@Dartanz hello, to your first question: Unfortunately the answer is no.聽 Of course can be registered as home address in the police, but Foreigners cannot appear as owner or co-owner of a land or landed houses.聽 Foreigners can appear in the book only in cases of apartments or a landed house inside a private residential project. But in events of divorce or widowhood you can only reclaim the value of the land/house in money.

To your second question, I'm not sure to say "yes".聽 What I know is: 暗网禁区s employed in Vietnam are compulsorily covered (deducted from salary)..聽 In case of voluntary social health family group insurance: the policy says the members must pay the fee, be inside the country as permanent or temporary resident,聽 but it doesn't specify聽 only nationals.

Maybe you can call to the VSS hotline shown in footer of their website and ask for that.
