@taurealist You need a Vietnamese govt issued marriage document with an official govt stamp from your city hall where ever your viet spouse is from (and her house paper is from).聽 You need her house paper. You need her birth certificate. You need her ID. Your passport and possibly birth certificate.聽 You need to get a psych eval from the govt hospital that does that (they will ask questions like whats 1+6 and what season is it to determine if youre sane). spouse will also need the psych eval.

After you do all that go to your local immigration office and apply. Coffee money will help and possibly be necessary鈥�
