I am Tan, I think you only need 300,000 vnd per day to stay at a guest house in Vinh Phuc. PLS call me when you would like to there, I can take you to there at weekend by my car or by my motorbike. However, I can introduce you a motorbike taxi driver. He will take you to anywhere in Vinh phuc. because vinhphuc near hanoi ( it is far from hanoi about 45 km, far from noibai airport about 30 km ) and there bus- route to there from hanoi. so you should to there by bus. when to there you rent a motorbike taxi driver.

in order to rent a motorbike taxi driver is very easy in vietnam. and much cheaper than a car. about 30,000 vnd per 10 km.
