Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Building, Real Estate, Business, Finance or any related discipline.
- At least 12 years relevant working experience in real estate
- Strong financial skills and wide real ranging experience in marketing, property and asset management.
- Candidates who have worked in Vietnam would be preferred.
- Resourcefulness, a keen analytical mind and strong proficiency in financial modeling are essential.
- Good financial product knowledge, business development and / or development management experience is an advantage.
- Ability to lead a team effectively, operate as a team player across the rest of our company聮s Vietnam business.
- Strong initiative, good business and financial acumen and independence in working in a fast 聳 paced environment.
- Good at English (4 Skills) .
- Be familiar with Vietnam laws. Preferably familiar with Japan market as well.

Responsibilities
- Lead the Vietnam industrial business unit.
- To grow our company聮s industrial platform in Vietnam both organically and inorganically.
- To formulate effective business strategies for the management and growth of our company聮s current industrial real estate projects and drive performance through effective marketing, property and assets management plans.
- To pursue development and built to suit opportunities.

I have a chemical engineering degree from University of Alberta, which has one of the best engineering programs in North America, but I don't have the 12 years real estate, that sucks.

University of Alberta was ranked 121 on World Ranking of Universities, 2012聽 thus no big deal!. Singapore even has a University within the top 30 in the world!!

Is this an invitation to say Canadian Universities are better than American Universities in Engineering?聽 I won't go there...but I think a Chemical Engineering degree is an accomplishment regardless if it's from Podunk U, as long as it's ABET accredited, you can get a job easily in the USA.
