Thanks. Thats actually a handy thing to know. I always get paranoid about checking my bank's site at an internet cafe. Don't know if the locale makes any difference, perhaps just a false peace of mind. But what the heck.

And you should be paranoid.  I find that many Internet Cafes are full of virus, malware, spyware and whatnot.  People just bring their USB thumb drives and plug in nilly willy. 

You should beware that a lot of students also use those computers.  After reading the , I would think they would not have USB slots or input device slots on their library computers.   

But check the computer boxes first and see if they have any USB slots accessible.  If they do, ask the librarian or staff about spyware/malware and how safe their network is for a US Citizens to do online banking.

That's a good thing for people wish to learn American culture, history and preparing to immigrate to the States. But I think most of citizens and °µÍø½ûÇøs are unaware of this service.

If so it may be difficult. I felt that in many occasions it's actually a nuisance

I were not born with cellphone but grew up and work with it....))

I were not born with cellphone but grew up and work with it....))

I visited the one in Hanoi, forgot my phone, and never saw it again. THEN, to add insult to injury, the person who ended up with it kept using my SIM and Viettel is refusing to shut the card down.

Regardless, there's also an Education USA office there, for those wanting to study in the States. 

Leave your phone, and anything else of value, at home.

So...it was YOU!  You're the one responsible for the HUGE HONKEN valet ticket the guards give you when you turn in your cellphone at the entrance.  There's no way you can forget those huge honken almost iPad sized valet tickets.
