Good Hair Salons in Saigon?

livyx

Hi all!

Does anyone know a good hairdressers that is good at styling western hair, dyeing hair and is also cheap (if possible)? I'm looking to dye my hair from black to blonde, and will need a good salon for that :)

I would like an English-speaking place if possible (my hair's been green before, don't want to relive that experience)

You can go to Cuong hair salon on Tran Quang Khai at corner Hai Ba Trung, near Horizon apartment. He can speak English. He is my favourite hair guy.

Hi,

What's your modern hair ideal? Short or long? Coloring hair is not so difficult, even you can do it at home but finding a good hairdresser is really troublesome. I used to go to Amy Salon which locates in Binh Thanh but after that they don't care about my hair and cut it like I am a young boy. Another one is Trang Salon, she is excellent in short color hair which many 40s-50s ladies love.  :| Alex Salon is my new target when my hair is long enough.

I don't like Cuong Salon. It' s arrogant and also expensive..

To me, Cuong is quite friendly and a good hairdresser. A little bit more expensive is better than a cheap one who cut your hair not nice.

Tony & Guy hands down for me - would recommend a young hairdresser guy Nguyen - he is great, only person/place I trust after 1,5 years living in Saigon. Many women go to him to fix their hair after someone else ruined it (or turned green). Other hairdressers there are great too. Salon uses great products.
