I am seeking for a nice Villa for rent in Central District for a Thai friend. He would like to open a Luxury Thai Restaurant and below are the requirement:

Type of property: Luxury old or new Villa
Budget: USD10,000 or below
Size: 100 - 300sqm
No. of Floor: At least 1 Ground & 1 floor
Swimming Pool: If have will be good
Street Desired: Tu Xuong, Nguyen Thi Minh Khai, Dong Du, Nguyen Du, Le Thanh Ton, Pasteur or Nam Ky Khoi Nghia

Any other street and you think its suitable can be considered as well.
