Do you happen to know if it is possible to add funds to one's own paypal account vía cash in Vietnam? There seems to be an option of depositing cash at a convenience store like 711 in some countries. Please let me know about cash deposits in Vietnam.

Are we sure on that? I don't use Paypal (since leaving Canada), but there certainly seems to be a lot of info available regarding Paypal in Vietnam.

If indeed it is even possible to add funds in cash, I would think that proof of a legal source of those funds will be required by the VN bank.
