I heard that the import fees are deceasing in 2015 for bikes above 175cc. I am wondering if it will be possible to order specific models at the dealerships. Harley is an option but I want to use a dealership in Da Nang, close to home. Been thinking about the 900cc vulcan. Does anyone know if it is possible to special order?

No, but the Vulcan is sold in Thailand. The price is steep but depreciation would be way higher than on a Harley.
ASEAN 2015 might see tariffs come down.

I'm interested in a Honda Phantom 200 - are any of those over here?
