First solo trip to Hanoi, VN

muhdnzn

Hello °µÍø½ûÇø's, I am planning a solo trip to Hanoi and this is my first ever solo trip to anywhere, so obviously I am little nervous, at same time I am excited and I am all in for this trip. Do anyone have tips for me for a better experience and things I should keep in mind while traveling alone.

I can recommend a hotelier there who can help you arrange all aspects of your visit.

first solo out of country can be daunting. But you probably already are an adventurous soull else you won’t contemplate a solo trip, in that spirit. I would arrange lodging through online sites like Agoda or others, granted you already have your air flight set up with your paperwork’s in order. Once you get to Hanoi noi bai airport, you can take taxi, or grab car and if you are on budget then take the city bus #86 at the terminal curb (ask the airport security personnel for precise bus pick up location that will take you to the city center. From there you can schedule a grab car (download grab app on your phone ( got to have wifi for app to work. I.e local SIM card or other international phone plan to your hotel. Once you at the hotel. There are organized tour bus to all the tourist spot around the area.  Good luck, some anxiety is understandable but not to panic. Viet  nsm is safe.
