we are 2english, 1 american and 1 vietnamese聽 looking for a new housemate. we prefer a female housemate but male is also good if you are a nice person . The room in a nice house in lane 200 Au Co street, very modern style house ,air conditioners, internet connection, cable television.
5 minutes far from West lake and Sheraton hotel. near Xuan Dieu st High population. Close to hotel, banks, shops, cafe, restaurant, supermarke

Room with a small window , a big bed, Tv, wardrobe, desk and chair,a big bath room...

kidchen and living room are very nice. The kitchen area is furnished with a mini bar, cabinets, a gas cooker, a sink,a refrigerator with freezer, Water purifiers, oven, cooker,...

Having washer, drying area on the rooftop terrace and for chilling out as well

price 180$ ,bills( water,electricity,gas, internet,cable tv)about 20$

clean once a week
