Good, cheap gyms near Cao Th岷痭g, district 3, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Just wondering if anyone can advise me of good, cheap gyms near cao thang district 3. I'm looking for cardio facilities and also classes if possible. I will be here for a year so I am looking at membership prices as opposed to price per use.

I'm currently living in district 1 but move to Cao Thang in June. I work in district 10 and currently have no transport so figured i'd be better to get a membership somewhere near home
