Hi.

I am looking for help in finding a reliable person to alter some shirts please. Ideally looking for somewhere in Dist 1, Dist 3 or Dist 10 in HCMC?

The shirts have been specially designed and have a lot of sentimental value, so looking for someone very reliable.

You should find a fashion designer not a tailor.

Every clothing store in Vietnam uses or has a seamstress/tailor that they use. If you are looking for some quality work visit a quality store and inquire who they use to do their work.
