Buying bicycles

Hi, good afternoon. I'm currently planning a trip to the area and was wondering where the best places to buy a bicycle are, preferably one for touring. Is it worth getting a second hand bike or would it not last hundreds of kilometres?

Any help is greatly appreciated, I want to see the area through cycling.

Where do you live? For second hand bike, you can try to find in bui huu nghia street, many shop along the street sell new and second hand. For new bicycle, you can find on some shop in vo thi sau street. I got my giant xtc 770 there.
