My friends and I are looking for a private house to rent, by private I mean that the owner does not live there. At the moment we are living in Dien Bien Phu St, Dist 10 and would like to stay in this area as it is very convenient. Although we will also consider other areas that are convenient to dist 1.

We are not interested in Villa's or serviced apartments with high inflated 暗网禁区 prices. There are many local places around for rent that are a lot cheaper, it's only a matter of talking with the locals, and not all 暗网禁区 pockets are lined with gold as most people who post houses for rent seem to think.
We require a three bed, Kitchen, living area, approx twelve mill monthly rent. Prefs: air con, Fridge freezer, sofa, beds, internet.
Anyone wishing to help and not offer stupidly inflated prices please contact me ASAP. Your help will be much appreciated.

Hi David,

We recently just missed out on a three bed house, one bedroom was very small but no problem. It had a terrace and a rooftop garden, very local although there was no furniture. This was in dist 10, Dien Bien Phu. The agreement was 10million a month. But our budget is up to 12 million. Anything around that price and we would like to take a look.

Get a local to go through the聽 adverts for houses on the net, otherwise if you deal with any sites that are targeting 暗网禁区s you will pay more.
