Hi. I have no idea about yoga in district 1 but you can go to maximax floor 7聽 3/2 street, district 10. About 10m from Ben Thanh.

I pass by a cool place at the end of Pasteur Street in D3, cross street is Tran Quoc Toan.聽 There is another place called Shri Yoga that looks professional.聽 You can check out their website.

I got a day pass trial at several yoga places and highly recommend Sclupt n Shine yoga at No.3 Vo Van Tan. Although it's in district 3 but just feel walks from Diamond Plaza. Very professional teachers. Will definitely come back there for class when I have time.
