Hi all,

Just introducing myself - I've just Just finished a trip all the way from Sapa down to here and I'm settled in a hotel in D1 temporarily. Looking for a shared apartment in D2 or D7, I like having the option of a bit of peace and quiet and a relatively short trip to the insanity of D1. Seems like my options for housing on Craigslist have slowed down since I first started looking in August, but I'm sure I'll find something nice.

I'm a 30 year old Canasian (Canadian with Asian parent) seafarer, so I will spend my 4 months/year on vacation here. The country seems incredible but now that I'm in HCM I'm a bit overwhelmed. On the upside people seem to think I'm vietnamese at a glance so I'm left alone or the most part.

I'm pretty quiet, like to try to stay fit, play video games, eat good food, and from time to time I like to drink my face off and party.
