French house in HCM

Hi everyone,

I would like to buy a truly old French house in HCM city. news.zing.vn/Biet-thu-100-tuoi-giua-Sai-Gon-duoc-rao-ban-35-trieu-USD-post458804.html Something like this but much much smaller and cheaper. Size just for one small family. According to legal side, my father has special achievements/awards from VNese government, so I have rights to buy it on his name.

Anyone has any ideas/advice related to the issue?

Dear Ksu-san

I guess it will take a long time for find an ideal French.( the house I lived may be a french house basing on the pictures above). They can ask a lot of money bc of it聽 so the best way is buying a land and building up your own special house.
