I know they sell fresh fish in Ben Thanh market, some of its still swimming :-) no doubt they will sell it at other markets too.

every locality has a fish market. if you can go early in the morning you can get a lot of fishes of different varities. as far as your requirement goes, you can find salmon, tuna or seabass in Metro cash-and-carry, co-op marts and lotte mart. i buy them on a weekly basis. yesterday i even saw some norway salmon at Metro.

you dont need to be a member in Metro. even i am also not a member. take your passport with you. go to the customer service. they will make a photocopy and issue a daily entry card. keep the card with you while you are inside Metro. when you checkout you need to produce that card for payment. it is quite simple

Don`t worried, you can find the fresh food in every supper market here...the price is a little bit higher in local market.

Fresh salmon now is everywhere n the market, seaball and fresh tune u have to go to BIg C supermarket u don't need to go to metro to find it.

Come down to Vung Tau, we have lots of fresh seafood
