Buying a condo unit in Nha Trang

Hi, I'm a Canadian based in South Korea, but am planning to move to Nha Trang end of this year for a fresh start (after 17 years in Korea!)聽 I've visited Vietnam twice and really loved Nha Trang - it reminds me of Busan - and seems to be developing fast.聽 I like HCMC but the air pollution spoils it for me.聽

So I am talking to a real estate agent about buying a unit in a condo project under construction on the north side of Nha Trang. Does anyone have experience or inside knowledge about buying condos in the area?聽 What are some of the pitfalls or things to watch out for?

I'm looking at a 56sqm place with sea view for $64,000. Purchasing remotely from Korea makes me worried, but the agent has been helpful and reassured me that all the documents will be transferred to my name correctly...
