We have 4 rooms for rent from November, 2011, home with 3.5 floors locate in District 12 ( Tan thoi nhat ward) take 7 minutes to Etown building,2 mins to Tan Binh district, 20 mins to Tan Son Nhat airport, 15 mins to Quang Trung Software park, 3 mins walking to Gym, 7 mins walking to UEF ( University of Economics and Finance) 聟.

Welcome for both local Vietnamese and Foreigner , we offer the very competitive price[b] 95$/month/room, a room 25m2[/b]. You will be provided free internet, hot water and can use our kitchen,bed, and electric with regular price聟.prefer kind and clean person..student, worker or single person are encouraged.
