I am looking for a simple second-hand chair and desk (like pictured) for my home office in any working condition. If you have a spare one, or know where I could get them, please let me know. Preferably close to District 1.

There are pleamty of shops selling similar. You can try, depennding your location in a mall or a bit in outskirts, away from tourist districts, if you not find any pre-owned. Sets you back about 600k each
