Good afternoon,

My name is Nik. I along with my wife and children hope to move to the island in the next 2 years.

We are just starting out on our journey so would appreciate any hints and tips that anyone on here may have.

the biggest thing I seem to be struggling with is actually identifying what properties for sale are ones that fit in with the residency by property purchase scheme. None of the normal for sale sites make this clear .
