Can anyone advise how you go about submitting your application papers for temporary residency, when you have all your documents ready to be submit, what are the steps, do I go to the bank first and pay for residency change or go to the Direccion General de Migraccion Extrangeria first what is the process after you have all your documents in hand. Can any body advise what are the steps. Thanks

The best thing to do is to use a lawyer, otherwise you are set up for a hard road ahead to move the process. Now your papers will expired in 6 month time & if that happen you need to star all over again, every document needs to have the Apostille from country of origin to be valid.
