New Find: A clean, safe, inexpensive AirBnB in SD

Hi All! I had to be in SD for an early morning doctor's appointment Friday and didn't want to take the 5:00 AM bus from Las Terrenas. I found an apartment in Bella Vista for $34/night - all in!

Pros:

Good location, right off 27 de Febrero with easy access to many areas of town
Safe, gated community
The owner lives in the house below the apartment
Clean
Comfortable bed
AC in the bedroom

Cons:

Low water pressure
Wifi wasn't on at all times (like when I woke up at 5:00)
Funky layout in bathroom - might be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues.

I'm not sure I'd want to stay there for a longer period, but I will definitely consider it again if I have another one-night stay in town.
