Very rare occurrence here and when it happens聽 is usually is reported in multiple forums here as it is so special

Kind of like a guarantee? What is that?聽 I buy light bulbs here and they warn me I should try them out before leaving the store.

Any where you buy light bulbs you can plug them to test them.聽 I once had over 25% of the bulbs I tested ...fail.

In fact if you buy a small electronic item (radio, blender, toaster etc) they test them there before you leave.聽聽Amazing
