Customer service????  What is that???

Very rare occurrence here and when it happens  is usually is reported in multiple forums here as it is so special

It is buyer beware and don't expect guarantees.

Kind of like a guarantee? What is that?  I buy light bulbs here and they warn me I should try them out before leaving the store.

Any where you buy light bulbs you can plug them to test them.  I once had over 25% of the bulbs I tested ...fail.

In fact if you buy a small electronic item (radio, blender, toaster etc) they test them there before you leave.   Amazing
