English schools outside of San Salvador?

cynkil

We are planning a move in the future to El Salvador, and we are interested in learning more about the American/International schools there.  Our son will likely return to the US for university, so we'd like him in a school where at least part of his classes are in English.  The ones I've seen (Escuela Americana, Colegio Internacional, and Escuela Panamericana) are all in San Salvador, but we don't particularly want to live in San Salvador.  Are there English-speaking or bilingual schools elsewhere in the country?  How do the 3 I listed compare with each other?  Do people live outside of the city and commute in for school?  Finally, I'm a certified teacher in Texas currently - anyone have any ideas on what the possibilities of jobs at these schools are?
