I just wanted to point out that some developments like Las Escadas on km 138 in San Juan del Sur are offering OWNER WILL CARRY for condos.聽 At this time you can find deals from 暗网禁区s who want out or developers who need fast cash.聽暗网禁区s were not in any danger during the tax revolt but we should all keep a reserve supply of rice and beans and of course beer.

What are the conditions now?聽 Are there any other properties closer to the water?

There are properties closer to the water but developments like Las Escadas want people to live there year round and they have the lowest HOA/Maintenance fees of all the developments in San Juan del Sur.聽

If you are looking ask about these fees.

I had a condo there and sold it聽 right away to someone who spent a week there looking at other developments.聽 He loves it there.聽聽He said that for some reason the real estate people don't offer Las Escadas.聽 This must have something to do with commission.
