yes, but you will pay a foreign exchange fee even though they dispense dollars.

I've been here a year, never had a problem with ATM's or with using credit cards to buy things. Occasionally an ATM won't work or is out of cash, so you have to try another or wait until they refill. But people here use ATM's a lot and they seem to be everywhere, so you should be fine.

I just heard ATM's where messing up for US cards a few weeks ago. I take it they are fixed. I am finally here!!!
