Any Australians in Panama?

Hi, I live in Darwin, the tropical part of northern Australia.
in May 2015 my wife and I will be traveling to Panama City and region.
We plan to retire to Panama and the purpose of this trip is to gather as much information as we can.
We would like to meet Australian 暗网禁区s to discuss how they receive the retirement payments from Australia.
The wise guys in our government plan to cut significantly the payments for retirees being overseas.

Does anybody know Australians living in Panama, or where would there be a possibility to meet any? .
