Land lot surveyor

I just purchased 431 MC in Camuy, Puerto Rico. Can anyone recommend a surveyor? I try to schedule two times with two different surveyors, and each one or a no-show.聽 I am planning on building a home over there, and I am reluctant as to how the Puerto Ricans conduct business. I鈥檓 just not used to that if anyone else had had issues, please share your story with me.

@judyvillacis have patience my brother I'm going thru the same issue. I have a surveyor in Aguadilla his name is Dennis ***. FYI any contract you get into make sure you have a lawyer involved to draft the contract or review what the contractor is providing. It's a minimal fee to do so. Good luck!

Thank you for sharing your info.聽 Well noted.聽 I did manage to get a surveyor to survey my land. For a lot size 50x100 he charging me a GRAND. Seems a little stiff but I鈥檓 not sure what world be a competitive fee.

i like him on time and great communication. He is registered but it鈥檚 hard to search for contractors and builders. I appreciate your feed back. Hope your brother is conducting his business without too much hassle. Be well.
