My husband and I bought a nice lot in Isabela above Jobos beach about 3 yrs ago. We hired and architect, engineer and construction crew and then COVID hit and all came to a stop. We are living in Aguadilla and are considering selling the lot. Does anyone know the going rate? or how about if we do keep it, does anyone know the going rate to build? TIA
