Very ***VERY*** important whoever you chose, make sure your attorney drafts a good contract. I had an issue with my builder (He was not going to finish on time) he wanted another six months or even more... and what saved me was the contract, I had to talk to my attorney and she sent him a "friendly reminder" about the contract and now he should be finishing in about three weeks.
