I'm mainly just curious. I am native (Canadian born) and due to the Jay treaty Canada has with USA, we are able to live an work in the states if we wish to. I can request a green card from the states and get one because of this treaty. I wanted to to know if that works with Puerto Rico,聽 it being a territory of the US. Or if extra steps are needed.
