Safe neighborhoods - near Caguas

Hello,

We're looking for a safe neighborhood to raise our 6 y/o kid in or close to Caguas, but not "downtown" Caguas as we prefer the fresher "campo" living. The ideal property will be a single family home on at least 1/2 cuerda (acre?) - the more land the better. If all goes well we'll be making the move within the next 2-5 years. We will probably rent at first but the plan is to eventually buy. We'll most likely be counting with a net income of somewhere around $4K/mo.

Is there anyone here familiar enough with this area to be able to make some recommendations? Anyone in the real estate business an really knowledgeable with the market on that side of the island?
