I haven't run into many Irishmen here - could be wrong, but don't think you'll find a St. Patty's day parade here -- try Butte Montana, they have a kick ass celebration!

IN PR we need very little to throw a party of any kind, even your dog birthday will do. There is a parade in Loiza but I have no details, I would suggest to check the newspaper, there should be something about it.

There is also a celebration and parade in Guaynabo, some details below (Spanish): (Spanish What to do with kids site)
