Hello,

I've been lurking here for about a year and got an account today. Love hearing all the stories about folks who have moved and live in PR.

We've visited PR and toured the whole island. We fell in love with a property under construction in Old San Juan.聽 An agent showed it to us, and told us he'd work with us. We'd like to talk to a qualified real estate attorney to see what our options are.

Do y'all have any recommendations for one in the San Juan area? We speak only a small amount of Spanish.
