What do you guys do for health care in Albania?

Well my Fiance and I may have to live in her native country of Albania if my countries government wont give us a visa to be together which is a possibility. However, that's another matter.

So anyhow, if we have to live in Albania then I am worried about Health Care. What do you guys do for health care or health insurance? As I want to have insurance for good health care if I need it. If so how much is it etc?
