As an Albanian who lives in London I would say, to bring as little as possible. It would depend on whether one is used to the quality of a product they use. In terms of clothing, I would say that you needn't bother bringing lots of stuff, as shops in Albania are well stocked, plus you can find affordable ones too(if you are on a tight budget).
I would suggest that if you cannot live without your laptop, then bring it along as in Albania it costs much more than in most countries. All other products are available(whether Italian or Turkish one).
