Hello

I visited Albania last summer and find it quite charming. I am thinking maybe open a restaurant/cafe/hostel there next summer.

Does anyone know what kind of visa category that I need to appply and related issues?
By the way, I am from Taiwan. No need of visa and can stay there for 90 days.
