Help/annual property tax in Austria

As I will have an opportunity to move to Graz, I'm trying to find out how much homeowners pay in taxes for their real estate annually.
I can't see reliable information on the net.
I saw 1-2% municipal tax (spread seems unreasonable).
Then, what is the base for this tax: market value, some assessed value?
Please give me an idea.

As far as I know it deepends on your place of residence. If you will have this real estate in Graz as your permanent address you have to pay different taxes, than if you have it as a second home.

Since every province in austria has different rules, I recommend you to ask a notary - they usually give free advice at first time via email - and the local government in Graz - Tax department.
