I have never been to Minsk but have worked and traveled extensively over 40+ years.

Saving money is dependent on a number of things.

Do you intend to work
How long you intend to stay in Minsk
How much money you have to spend on your travels
The type of accommodation you choose, top hotels or backpacker type.
Food costs
Medical and travel insurance

You first need to make a travel itinerary, find accommodation, research costs.

For living costs   A Google search will help in finding accommodation and travel costs along with insurance.

I just wanna travel somewhere until my lesson start in September. So i think only 2 or 3 months that i stay there.
I attend to do some part-time job. So i think i will go to centre of work in Minsk.
I just tell you of my plan.
If there is any job offer that possible to do, i will do that and money will be my travel cost. Going to some historical, tourism place in belarus by train or walk in one week. Other days money will be for my hotel, food. I keep my money. Is that possible?
For the hotel, i just need clear and have a breakfast in the morning. Thats all i need.
For medical and influnce, i hope that will not happen to that things 😂 if that is happening, i will contact my family, and ask money help (but i said that "i dont ask money from this summer" )
