Unemployment benefits Non-Eu

Roberto Hdz

After doing some research I got the following information regarding unemployment benefits for non-EU citizens working

under a single permit:

1.- If you have worked for a certain minimum amount (around one year), you have the right to 65% of your salary for the first year, and the percentage decreases per year (amount was not specified).

2.- These benefits are in principle unlimited in time, however, as the residence permit is tied to the work permit, these benefits will in

practice only be given for as long as the residence permit is valid (around 3 months after work loss in case of single permit).

Can anyone confirm if this information is correct?
