Hello everyone

I currently doing an internship and my organization has offered me a job. I'm a non-EU citizen and currently in the 'search year' after graduation from a Belgian University.

My organization does not have an expert who has the knowledge to do the application for my work permit. I have done a lot of desk research and I have found the list of documents that I need to provide, however, I do not find the right application that my organization needs to fill in and where to send it?

Could someone please help me with the steps my company needs to follow in order to do my application for my work permit?

May be you can ask your employer if it is ok to work as a freelancer. Once the employer agrees, you can apply and get the card may be within a month.
