2) nope. Not if you make it less than 3 months.

3) you can check IBZ website. For L card it's 1500/month.

If you are non-EU, your Master's is NOT counted

@dee_keem Can you elaborate? I'm non EU and I was granted the L card. And I did not work yet for a full 5 years.

The master's count fully, but you need to have  CDI contract or job permit to be able to apply for PR you cannot apply if you are a student

@richeekdey3 which 1500 you are speaking about!! you need more than 3000 to have single permit otherwise you don't have the right to stay in Belgium. Please be sure before providing any infos

In other words, the student stay of nationals of countries outside the European Union cannot be consolidated in Belgium, regardless of the number of years of study spent on Belgian territory. To consolidate their stay in Belgium, the student concerned must change their residence status, for example by applying for a residence permit based on the exercise of a professional activity (salaried or self-employed work) or family reunification.

Why did not the stays of Non-EU students are counted? Source pls!

@TheKing I think you messed up the count of student year in full (nationality) and half (permanent resident D/L). It causes a lot of confusion for thoes kinds of statements!
