The language is Dutch.

You do not need a gynaecologist to give birth but if you want one every hospital has some. Try your local hospital.

Following your profile, you're from Austria. So you speak german and your son too. In that case send them to a gerlan speaking hospital in Belgium

Thanks for your post. Yes my son speaks German but his girlfriend doesn't.. they do however both soeak perfect English hench an English speaking Doctor required!!

You still don't say where the parents live.

The whereabouts of the parents of the baby are perhaps more important than where the grandparents live.

However, nearly all doctors in Belgium will have an ability to speak some English. If you state the location of the parents, then perhaps the answers might be a bit narrower.

It is very easy too as pointed out to use google and find the nearest hospital.

BCT is the best resource for those giving birth in Belgium and looking for information in English.
