Tax query in Belgium - Money owed to Tax Department

I have to file my tax for the year 2020 in Belgium. I am Married and both of us work.
I am deputed from India (No Social Security for me) and my wife works on a Local Contract ( Pays Social Security).

In my statement it is mentioned that I have to pay around 3600 Euros to the Tax Department.

I am not able to understand the calculations.

Can someone help me with this. I have attached the Tax Statment for the reference.
